What is a Startup OS?
A Startup Operating System replaces the fragmented stack of point-tools most early-stage companies use to manage cap table, board, OKRs, documents and investor relations. Instead of juggling six apps that don't talk to each other, everything lives in one workspace built specifically for how startups operate.
How is Foundry House different from Carta or Ledgy?
Carta and Ledgy are cap-table-first tools. Foundry House is the whole operating system, cap table is just one module. We're also European-native: built for AS, AB, BV and GmbH entities, with EU data residency and eIDAS-compliant signing from day one. Carta was built for Delaware C-Corps.
Can investors and board members access the platform?
Yes, and it's central to how the loop works. Existing investors get a portal showing the same live KPIs the team uses. Prospects get an NDA-gated view of curated metrics. Board members get the board portal — agenda, materials, signing — without needing to be in the daily-lead app.
How quickly can we get set up?
